The BHA
Who are the BHA?
The British Horseball Association (BHA) was formed in 1991.
​
The association has been responsible for organising and developing Horseball in the UK, since 1992. Over the years the BHA has also been producing national horseball teams, who represent the country as Team GB in competitions around the world. Alongside competing for Team GB, players in the UK have numerous opportunities to play abroad, from annual friendly competitions, to Champions League competitions at the end of every season for the top club teams from each European country.

The British Horseball Association is one of many independent member bodies which are under the governing body British Equestrian (BE). The BHA is also a members of the Fédération Internationale de Horseball (FIHB) which overseas Horseball on the world stage.
The British Horseball Association is constantly developing and expanding the sport across the UK at every level, from the very beginning with Under 10s to the very top and the Pro Elite. The friendly, welcoming atmosphere surrounding the sport makes it an amazing - as well as thrilling - sport to be a part of.

Horseball is currently being played at several universities nationwide and year on year is continuing to grow.

The BHA is currently working to set up a Horseball Riding School Scheme & League with the Association of British Riding Schools (ABRS)

The BHA boasts qualified coaches across the UK. With more and more training each year.
