Within each of our clubs, we have our 'approved coaches'. 

A BHA approved coach will have the correct qualifications that are needed to deliver effective Horseball coaching. These qualifications consist of;

• First Aid

• DBS Check

• Safeguarding Course

• BHA Coaching Course

• British Horseball Full Membership

 
The British Horseball Association does not provide insurance for Coaches. While we take all necessary steps to ensure our approved Coaches are qualified and suitable to coach Horseball, it is the responsibility of individuals hiring a BHA-approved Coach to check with the Coach and venue regarding insurance. Additionally, neither the British Horseball Association nor our affiliated Clubs and approved Coaches provide insurance for you, your horse, or your equipment—you are advised to arrange your own cover.

 

Training that is being give by an individual who isn't on our approved coaches list, is not affiliated to the British Horseball Association, and is carried out at their own risk.
